How do you save landlords and subsequently tenants time and money in rental properties?

The Challenge

Our research revealed several problems currently associated with renting properties to individuals across the country. There were three key challenges which we immediately focused on after our initial research:

• - Time management
• - Quickly dealing with tenant complaints
• - Reducing costs

Our Approach

We needed to design and develop a mobile application for iOS and Android users that would solve the above-mentioned problems, implement a simple intuitive user interface, and be easy to extend and maintain in the future.

Our solution involved:

• - Rest API design and development
• - Native mobile app development
• - Companion web application and admin interface

The Results

We deployed a fully functioning mobile and web application with all the base features needed. And as a result of our agile software approach, we were able to receive user feedback and quickly add several additional functionalities that improved the user experience substantially.
